Sad Coming Out Story
Youtube is filled with some very great personal stories that people thankfully share with us an enlighten us about how hard life can be. This one coming out story really struck me. My coming out was a stroll through the park compared to this kids hard life. Very inspirational and hopeful.
Make sure you take heed of this video before you yourself come out. If you parents are not accepting be careful because you might be kicked out of the house. Don’t feel pressured to come out and if your parents aren’t accepting try not to come out until your financially independent.

Thanks for the video, Thor. My coming out story is also a stroll in the park compared to this poor fella. How terrible is it that in an entire family of that many people, he wasn’t accepted. I can hardly imagine my life if I was booted from my home at an early age because of something I can’t help about myself.
His hair isn’t as fab as yours, but holy shit can he hair flip. Every 30 seconds *hair flip*

Hi Michael — I just wanted to say that I very much wanted to watch your video, but all I received was a message saying that it was a private video and that i needed to receive an accept button in order to watch it. I too had a difficult coming out. It resulted in my not seeing or communicating with my family for many years. Still today I don’t see them but we have established a very limited email communication. Anyhow, I hope you are doing well these days, and my thoughts are with you. Best, M

Although I was “outed” I was lucky that although my family did not like or approve I still had a home. Was also lucky with my boyfriend as well as we were together from the 8th grade. (i was outed right out of high school) He stuck by me as well and although I have had some bad times since then story’s like yours just shows how lucky I was or should say anyone is whose family sticks by them however they feel about their child being gay. The problems a teen faces are bad enough add to that being gay and you really need the support of your family.

i just watched this.….…and kinda died inside really.
and good luck with college…
i still can’t understand how a parent can just kid their 13 yr old kid out of home. it just doesn’t make any sense, seriously!
I’m just kinda blown away by how strong you, seriously. My parents are kinda like yours, meaning that they’re religious and i over heard them saying that gay people should be shot.….…..so it’s not the greatest thing for me right now. Coming out will be hard and I’ve told like two of my friends, who are cool with it, but on the whole,i am so scared. Mostly of my parents though. I don’t know how they’re going to take it really. I don’t know how i’m goign to tell them that I’m in love wiht my best friend and that we’ve been dating for 7mnths now.…
But anyway, you are so brave. you are now my idol. Well done. Hope you have a happy ending now
