Argentina senate votes in favor of gay marriage by a 6 vote majority, Argentina’s President is also expected to sign the bill into law. Argentina will be joining the growing list of countries that have approved gay marriage which includes Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Canada, South Africa, Norway, Sweden, Portugal, and Iceland. Argentina is the first Latin American country to approve of same-sex marriage.
