  • Zac Efron the Hills are alive with the sound of music

One of my all time favorite videos. It really syncs up well near the end. I love it so much.

  • I think the postive LGBT message of this ad totally beats out the message of that Gay McDonalds ad from a couple weeks back.

  • Beach Day, and Todd Solondz

Today was a beach day for me! So I haven’t really had a chance to blog anything with you. While on the beach I got a lot of reading done, and managed to get only a tad bit of sunburn. I was really surprised/happy to see an article on Todd Solondz in this weeks New York Magazine. Todd Solondz is the director of a bunch of indie movies such as Happiness, Welcome to the Doll House, Palindromes. I love him to death, and have watched most all of his films. I was surprised to see him in New York Magazine because Todd’s movies are very controversial, and cover some pretty heavy topics.

In the article Todd notes that he tries to challenge the viewers unquestionable moral perspectives, and I think he has done it very well. Currently he is promoting his most recent film Life During Wartime, which is a sequel to his critically acclaimed film Happiness.

I have to say that I prefer Happiness over Life During Wartime, though both films are must see for people of the open mind. I was a pleasant surprise to see him in a more mainstream media, and I can’t wait for his next film as well.
