The songs actually meant something (in a sort of dissident poppy way haha). But We Are Golden sort of disappointed me, pretty much because of the same reason you said... Hopefully the rest is good, like you suggested :) Honestly I haven’t listened to the other music from this album, but I bought up the previous one a couple of years ago, and despite what others might have said I really really ernjoyed it..
