Shirley Temple taught me a lot of things about Orphans, and about how bad they have it. Actually her movies, and portrayal of Orphans encouraged thousands to adopt. We Own the Sky I love the coloring and the whole motion of the video especially in the fist few scenes. Though the video is screaming indie. The people depicted are dressed in indie typical clothes doing over the top indie things. Yet still the music video works despite the mass amount of "indieness". 04.04.09Where the Wild Things Are TrailerI came across this trailer for the movie Where the Wild things Are and I was visually flabergasted. I wasn't the biggest fan of the book(the pictures were okay, but even my 4 year old mind disapproved of the plot), but this movie looks absolutely stunning. Visually it insights so much emotion of adventure and vastness and ADVENTURE kind of makes me wish they would make a movie out of The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, but still it looks like who ever was in charge of rendering the monsters did an excellent job.
