People often wonder what do I do at night at 1:00 am on the computer. Instent Messaging? No. Porn? No. Searching for awesome forgien gay films that everyone should see? Yes! It’s true I spend most of my nights looking for great movies(mostly gay) that you can’t find at your local Blockbuster. Last night I came accross the 2005 Canadian Film C.R.A.Z.Y. a great film gay themed film. Now you guys are lucky, you won’t have to search for a version online with english subtitles because I will be grasious and supply you with the link to the video(might be deleted bye now). Overall the movie starts a little slow and you aren’t really sure of what this movie is going to turn into. I love the scenes like the one featured below were we get to experiance the thoughts/fantasys of Zac and witness his pure emoiton, but then sadly be brought back to reality by the cruel world. The characters of Zac, Raymond, the Mother and Father are done so well and the relationships they have are crafted immatulately. The story is quite compelling too. Though some scenes were a bit farfetched the troubles faced by Zac seemed all too real and as if countless over teenagers at the time were going through the same problem. Never knew Canada could make sure good movies.
Plot Summary From IMDB
It’s a story of two love affairs. A father’s love for his five sons. And one son’s love for his father, a love so strong it compels him to live a lie. That son is Zac Beaulieu, born on the 25th of December 1960, different from all his brothers, but desperate to fit in. I always liked Major Tom. And I liked the prism on the wall. It reminded me of the sleeve picture on Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon album.

i saw this movie a while back, and yes it was awesome! if you haven’t seen Shelter yet that is one of the best Gay Movies made in the past few years! it’s out on DVD!

Canada can make good movie, well french-canada can. The fact we speak french and have a different culture from the rest of english america seperates us from the hollywood industry. So the result is different and sometime really good!
For gay themed canadians movie, you could check out Mambo Italiano. It’s a comedy, but well made (I think). It’s about an Anglo-Italian gay living in Montreal.
